The individual we are looking for will ideally have some experience in property lettings and or property management and is positive and dedicated to delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants. You will be support to your colleagues in the property management team and a strong proactive team player.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deal with day to day enquiries from landlords and tenants via email and telephone
- Liaise with landlords and tenants with regards to property maintenance work required
- Organise maintenance work and Contractor instructions
- Ensure properties are up-to-date with compliance safety testing and legislation
- Organise inventories and check-outs
- Complete check out report administration
- Liaise with landlords and tenants successfully with regards to deposit deductions
- Keep up to date with legislation and compliance

Hours of work:
Monday – Friday
9.00am – 5.30pm
Benefits:
Salary: £24,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mold, CH7 1HE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Licence/Certification:
- clean driving license (required)
