Does my property HAVE to be rented?
This service works best for properties that have been rented because it has a proven rental history, however in some cases where there has been a suitable amount of similar properties rented in the area, this can be used as example
Do I have to be a landlord?
No you don’t, its more about whether your property is suitable for renting (location, size and age) that will determine whether your property is accepted

What is your Covid Policy?
The property operates under the strict Marriot cleanliness and safety provisions already in place
With multiple, distinct entrances to the venue, we can manage arrivals safely, taking into account the latest government guidance.

Our entry policy does not require any visitor to show their Covid status; however, we are ready to reintroduce checks at the request of any organiser* or if the Government guidance changes.

It is no longer mandatory to wear a face covering in public; however, you are welcome to continue to wear one in crowded indoor spaces if you feel it necessary.

We ask that if you feel unwell, we ask you to please test before you travel to the venue and if you test positive to please stay home. (Upon provision of a positive covid test your ticket will be rolled over to the next ARLive event)
What covid protocols will be in place?
We will follow the government guidelines at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.
Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?
We will be following government guidelines for masks and overall safety. At this time, we will not be enforcing masks.

- We will continue to analyse and make determination on appropriate precautions. 
- Masks and hand sanitiser will be available. We will also be adhering to the UK's and the hotels policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following covid and safety precautions. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change.
