The buyer pays the introduction fee, we vet the buyers to be in a position to proceed and to identify what they are looking to buy.
When we have a landlord or investor register with us that they want to sell their property. then we introduce them to properties on our “off-market” property register, and then they can view and make an offer if the property is suitable.
Rather than just a normal property description, we will collate information about the rental received, and other tenancy information for the prospective buyer too.
