David is the great-great-grandson of the founder of the former Beresford Adams Estate Agency and has property in his blood! 

He started work with the Cavendish Group aged 15 as a Saturday boy and after finishing higher education joined the sales team as a negotiator. He joined the lettings team in 2010 and in early 2017 was asked to join the board of Directors. David works very closely with the front-of-house offices, generating new business for the firm and heads up the valuations team.

In his spare time, David enjoys cycling up mountain passes and walking his labradoodle named Gordon.
