We are thrilled to be extending the Cavendish Rentals team after a busy few months. We welcome new Cavendish Letting Agents – Dawn Hutchison, Leanne Williams and Daniel Owen!
Daniel Owen is our new Letting Negotiator based in our Chester Letting Agency. Daniel is highly experienced. He has over 9 years experience and is NAEA ARLA qualified. Added to this and as a real bonus, Daniel is a fluent Welsh speaker having relocated from Gwynedd to Little Sutton.
Leanne Williams started her property Lettings career in 2015 working for another letting agents in Rhos On Sea. Leanne Relocated to Flintshire at the end of 2016 and started looking for a local letting agency where she would be able to progress even further in her career. On a day to day basis Leanne carries out viewings with tenants and agrees property lets, progressing these until the move-in date.
Dawn Hutchinson is based in our dedicated Property Management Office in Mold and is our Property Co-ordinator. Dawn’s enthusiasm for the role ensures that she delivers an excellent service to both landlords and tenants at all times.
