Studies have shown the impact experience has on accuracy in decision-making and confidence with their clients. Here are four of our outstanding individuals and their impact:
Julian Beresford Adams is a fourth-generation estate agent, founding Cavendish Rentals in 1999 and appointed the managing director in June 2014. As he states, “The difference is our people.” He understands the importance of professionalism and experience on the team.
Liza Moffatt has been on the team since 2001, when she was hired to set up a Management Department to look after the maintenance of our managed properties.
David Beresford Adams began working with Cavendish Group as a “Saturday Boy” in 2002. After finishing higher education, he joined the sales team as a negotiator. He joined the lettings team in 2010 and in early 2017 was asked to join the board of Directors.
Nicola Blake has been working with Cavendish since 2003, being the first in the company to pass the ARLA Four Certificate in Residential Lettings & Property Management. She oversees the Chester and Mold Lettings Office.
Paul Jones joined in 2005, with advanced experience in managing client accounts. He ensures that landlords are paid promptly.
Studies from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy analyzed the factors customers consider when choosing a property lettings agent. This selection shows multiple factors taken into account, including Reputation, Professionalism, Confidence in Speed, and Recommendation. Each of these categories relate directly to industry experience and the role in plays in confident decision making in the industry.
