Our North Wales Letting Agents in Mold is situated on ‘The Cross’ in the heart of the town and is managed by David Adams.  David is the great-great grandson of the founder of the former Beresford Adams Estate Agency and has property in his blood. He works very closely with the staff at all of our 7 branches, valuing all of our properties and generating new business for the firm.

Headed by Liza Moffatt, and manned by five members of staff, our Tenancy Management Department is located just out of town on a business park, which is geographically central to the area we cover. This location means that we can speedily access our managed properties and our contractors are able to access us easily, reducing reaction times and resolving issues more quickly.
