A fourth generation estate agent, Julian and his fellow Directors founded Cavendish Rentals in 1999 as an extension of the Cavendish Group of Estate Agents opened some six years earlier. Following the retirement of Christine Collins, Julian was appointed Managing Director in June 2014 and comments “property management is a hands-on business where the expertise and the passion of those caring for other people’s property has to be a priority”. At Cavendish Rentals, we can truly say that The Difference is Our People. In his spare time, Julian enjoys competitive sailing and walking his dog, Bondi.
