The ROLE of a Lettings Negotiator :
Requirements:
Whilst previous experience is preferred, it is not essential. We offer the opportunity to gain an industry relevant qualification to further develop your knowledge and skillset.
Some travel may be required to other offices in the area, to assist with holiday cover/sickness.
Salary: £20,319 – £22,300 per year plus uncapped commission & saturday overtime pay
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday; 9.00am – 5.30pm plus requirement to work one saturday in three on a rota:- 9.00am – 1.00pm, which will be paid as overtime at a rate of £17.50 per hour.
