As the great-great grandson of the founder of the former Beresford Adams Estate Agency, David’s roots run deep. David’s career in the industry started at just 15 years old, when he worked as a Saturday boy for the Cavendish Group.
After completing his higher education, he joined the sales team as a negotiator and quickly made a name for himself as a rising star. In 2010, David made the move to the lettings team, where he continued to excel and demonstrate his natural talent for the business. His hard work and dedication paid off in 2017, when he was asked to join the board of directors. In 2022, he took over Managing Director and now oversees the whole business with Nicola Blake. David is known for working closely with the front of house offices to generate new business for the firm, and he is particularly skilled at heading up the valuations team. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, David is the go-to guy for all your property needs.
Out of work, David enjoys pushing himself to the limit by cycling up mountains on his road bike and walking his Labradoodle, Gordon.
