Full Time Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Valuer to join our Friendly team in Mold
£20,000 – £22,000 a year – Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced customer facing sales person who would love to work in the lettings sector?
Are you also used to living in a world of targets, commission and achieving results?
If so then we may have something for you. We are looking for someone to join our market leading team in Mold and are looking for an A player, a self motivated and driven salesperson who has no fear and will thrive with the responsibility of generating and converting new business to ensure growth every year.
Either way, you need to be quick to pick up the phone, reach out to generate new leads daily and be a hugely proactive, fast paced person, who is used to taking on challenges head on… making the most of every day.
Experience of listing and business development would be awesome for the role, but if not we will give you FULL training.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with landlord and contract-holder enquiries, answering phone calls and emails
- Arranging/conducting property viewings (pool car available for use)
- Negotiating lets through to move in
- Referencing potential tenants
- Preparation of Occupation Contracts and other legal notices
- Assisting with business generation
- Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning new business (pool car available for use)
- Taking Photos/floorplans/virtual tours on new instructions
- Offering new clients buy to let advice and converting into new business

- Full UK Driving Licence
Earnings will be based on sales and/or industry experience and comprise a basic salary up to £22,000 plus commission, bonuses, mobile phone and expenses with an OTE of £27,000
