Full Time Lettings Negotiator vacancy Chester

We have an exciting position for a Full Time Lettings Negotiator to join our Friendly team in Chester City Centre

As a Lettings Negotiator your responsibilities will include –

• Dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails
• Arranging/conducting property viewings (pool car available for use)
• Negotiating lets through to move in
• Referencing potential tenants
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices
• Assisting with business generation
• Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
• Providing high levels of customer service

The ideal candidate must have the following attributes –

• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Have influential and persuasive negotiation skills
• Knowledge and interest in the property market
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Full UK Driving Licence

Whilst previous experience is preferred, it is not essential. We will offer the opportunity to gain an industry-relevant qualification to further develop your knowledge and skill set.

Some travel may be required to other offices in the area, to assist with holiday cover/sickness.

Salary: £19,000 – £20,000 per year depending upon experience.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday; 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday. The requirement to work one Saturday in three on a rota:- 9.00 am – 1.00 pm, which will be paid as overtime at a rate of £17.50 per hour.
