Lettings Negotiator | Mold Office

We are an award-winning, independent rentals agency and one of the market leaders in the Flintshire area. We are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team in our Mold office.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

• Confident and friendly manner
• IT literate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to demonstrate capability in all aspects of sales and negotiation
• Preferably with Letting Agency experience
• Good level of education
• Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing
• Enthusiastic and tenacious
• Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised

Competitive basic salary £18500-£20250 (depending on experience) plus incentives.
