Feedback is the fuel of a good letting agency… it underpins everything we do. From asking for our customers to comment on our service to making sure that we get feedback on all viewings to inform our property owners… really, it is the key that makes the service slick, professional and successful.
When we receive any type of feedback about the service we deliver, we are looking to not only see what we do we well but what elements of our service that you consider a priority. After all, being great at something which is no one is bothered about is just a waste of resources.
We are always looking at how we can be the best… how can we ensure that the service we provide is consistent across all branches? How can we ensure that no matter how much we grow, we stay bespoke (always responding to our clients individual needs?) If we can improve, then we want to know how. Our clients are the right people to tell us this.
When we get great feedback it really does feel like an award of some sort (it’s far more important to us than any award really). Making people happy is what we are in the game for. We understand how important finding a home is; how critical finding the right trusted tenant is; and the importance of taking away the direct stress of dealing with any tenant issues is.
We currently ask for feedback from our clients via Google Reviews, a questionnaire and through our website. We also know this helps people to choose the right agent …
