Cavendish Rentals team are growing as a result of a very busy, and successful, few months here.
The success of Cavendish Rentals has been phenomenal. Having started back in 1999 with two members of staff based from one office, we are now a team of 12 with 7 branches throughout North Wales and North West and a dedicated Property Management team in a new office in Mold.
We are truly celebrating 18 years of growth and it’s been lovely to be able to share this growth with our customers too. Many of our customers have grown their property portfolio with us or have returned as landlords, having started as tenants!
Likewise, the Letting Agents team has grown but many of our team members have been here from the early days. David Adams started as an Office Junior back at the very beginning and is now Lettings Director. “We’re proud of our team retention – we like to look after and develop our people. It makes a real difference to our clients as they get the continuity of service – they deal with the same person who knows them and understands their needs.”
Although we have grown in terms of capability, we ensure the same personalised and bespoke service we started with back in 1999.
“It’s always been important to us to listen to each client’s needs and offer the support that is needed”, says David Adams, Lettings Director. “Some people want full property management where we take care of everything and others want the advice and will then do it themselves.”
